U2 Rocked My Face Off

So U2 really did rock my face off last night at the GA Dome. The GA Dome sucked though. Traffic is awful, atl pd needs to learn how to direct traffic. The accoustics at the dome are awful for concerts. But all of that aside Bono is still the man. he drives me crazy ( in a good way) Ahhhh. He did seem tired to me last night though and they didn't make use of the stage. I mean why bother to go to all the expense and time of putting it together not to use it more? It really wasn't a 360 degree experience but it was freakin U2 and they are it. The cream of the crop. I have loved Bono since I was 11. Yep at the same time I loved Donnie Wahlberg of NKOTB..........
I will have to write about Donnie another time. This post is all about U2.

Check These Bows Out!

I can't remember if I did a previous post or not on this. Before the Disney trip my DISNEY travel agent, Angela Kroon(she is awesome) sent me an email to check out AllybugBowtique to get some bows for Julianna for the trip. I did indeed place an order. She has the best bows!! Turns out it is a small world. She is friends with Terri Lenox who is a friend of mine. I met Terri at Woodstock at the Moms Group. Terri is friends with her from Memphis, TN where she is from. Anyway SMALL world!
So I got Julianna three adorable bows. The Mermaid one, a Mickey Mouse one, and a Bunny one. I have gotten so many compliments from them!
Check her site out, ok?

I heart Zac Brown

So last night was so fun!!! Duluth Margaritafest has a few things to learn about logisitics as far as bringing in porta potties, having more food stations, and drink stations. The lines were outrageous to get something to drink. But Zac Brown Band rocked my face off last night!! They played for 2 hours and were so exciting to watch. The crowds were a little crazy at times, a much younger group was there since it was an all ages show. The group next to us were drunk off their a's and I think high too. They were a little obnoxious but I was into the music too much to pay a lot of attention to them. It was so good to hear them "home" they sounded and looked like they were having a blast which makes it a better show for us. :)
We talked to Coy before the show. That was hot. He had walked out to see A1A the Jimmy buffet cover band playing before them. Or maybe just to scope out the crowd or get some space. I really don't know but I was glad he did! So off Aliesha and I went to talk. We talked for like 5 or 10 minutes and of course got a pic. I think the guy from Sister Hazel took our pic. I didn't recognize him until later! LOL he was probably wondering why we didn't get a pic with him since he is famous too!!! That is really funny thinking back on it. Then after the show we got the guys to sign our cd's! I had bought a cd for Brandon's dad. He is turning into a fan. HECK YEA!!Oh yea and of course we got a picture with them. We were missing Chris but he was still putting up his drums.
We found a good restaurant to eat at before. They were so busy and little underequipped for it, but handled themselves fine. It was Steverino's pizzeria. We walked to it from the square there. It was pretty tasty. After the show you know we hit Waffle House! We chose the "high volume Hickory Flat" one. LOL we were there once and the cook and server duo were hilarious. this was back a year ago, they had died their hair pink and green to piss off corporate office at something. Anyway the same duo was back last night. They were swamped, everyone wanted some hashbrowns last night! Scattered Covered Smothered for Brandon, plain for me. Grits for Aliesha.

Ok so here are a few pics..........

Donnie Here I Come!!!

O-O-O-O-O I'm going to the show.......Yep, we got floor seats baby!!!

Thanks Tiffany for my pedicure today. I now know that I couldn't sit through an actual one I had to pay for. I am way too ticklish.........But I can manage to work through it again so you can work on my bad food again. Ughh it is embarrassing how my foot looks. Oh and thanks for the pearl bracelet and supercool new hairdryer. Yes I actually told her I wanted one. She does hair for a living and can pick out a really good one so she did and it was part of my gift.

Had PT today. I am already sore. Sheila works me out hard.

Kids Bible Club starts tomorrow. I am in charge of the games this week. Praying it all works out and the kids enjoy themselves and learn about how much God loves them and the world no matter what.
